Our America

Nuestra América (Our America) is a vast literary program that José Martí describes in a letter to his friend Manuel Mercado (letter also present in this volume). The future book would be divided into several sections related to different visions of America and would cover political issues related to the north and south of the continent, cultural and literary chronicles and the homonymous essay now considered a base text in Latin American identity reflections.
