Letter from Jamaica

Carta de Jamaica (Letter from Jamaica) is about the Bolivarian program of American emancipation. It refers to Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, and Cuba as reflections of a future American federation that was common thought throughout the nineteenth century and continues to be a source of inspiration for the continent.
