Air

Aire (Air), by Emilia Pardo Bazán, is a dramatic story. Cecilia, the protagonist of this story, falls in love and after a deep suffering is admitted to an asylum. In the end Cecilia commits suicide tormented by the indifference and contempt of her beloved.
