Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer a full refund or exchange.
To make a return, our books must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

Books with evident signs of use
Any book that is not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not attributable to our error.
Any book that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and verify your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing reimbursements
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@linkgua-ediciones.com and send your item to: Petritxol 18, Principal 2.

Return shipment
To return your product, you must mail your product to: Petritxol 18, Principal 2.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of your item. Shipping costs are refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
